Bill Murray plays an annoying egocentric weatherman who is somehow stuck with living the same day, over and over and over…and who finally learns to stop thinking only about himself.
I really like this movie. Funny, charming, silly, a bit strange, but a whole lot of fun. Bill Murray is very good in his usual doofusy way, and Andie MacDowell is cute and no more annoying than usual.
The real fun in this is seeing how what he does changes over time…Bill Murray is such a creep at the beginning, and watching what he does and says and how he fills his time and the same events for the dozenth time, but not really the same, is great.
Fun, worth the rental fee, you’ll like it.
